Wearing a figure-hugging white and black trimmed bikini with gold buckles, 24-year-old Millie helped keep the harsh Californian sun off her face with a panama hat and a pair of designer sunglasses.
Millie was enjoying a day in the sun with her gal pals in Los Angeles before having to head back to the UK where, as she later posted on Twitter, she was recovering from jetlag in the wee hours by watching Game of Thrones and checking out the Met Gala dresses from the New York event online.
She said in an interview with MailOnline: 'I exercise about four to six times per week.
'This is more than I used to as my Xbox has helped me as there would be no way that I could get to the gym this often.'
Millie called her personal trainer, Jillian Michaels, 'inspiring' adding that she was someone 'who makes me want to get ripped like her. I try to wear my gym kit when I have a day off to help me stay in a healthy mindset.'
Meanwhile, Millie's husband, real name Stephen Manderson recently came under fire from his fans for postponing his UK tour for a second time until the end of the year.
The 30-year-old star – who married Millie in September 2013 - wrote a long statement on his website detailing his reasons for postponing his run of gigs again.
He wrote: 'The last 18 months have been mental, turbulent, up and down, round and round, amazing, horrible, happy, sad, frustrating, testing, trying and above all incredibly f***ing stressful.'
Pro Green – who pleaded guilty to drink-driving in March – did give his fans some good news.
He revealed he had completed his next album and gave fans a taster of what he no doubt hopes will be his big Stateside breakthrough release.
